General information about our website
On Platinum is a safe and secure way to find and communicate with genuine, professional and successful people of your choice where all members have been vetted and verified. All applications are subject to our screening process to confirm authenticity and verify all information provided. Once membership is confirmed, you will receive a username and password to set up a profile describing yourself and the type of person and relationship you are looking for.
You can view other people’s profiles by searching the site and, in turn, they can view your profile. When you find someone that interests you, you can send a message via the site. Messages received and sent between members will only display their first name. Your full name and email address are never shown. protecting both your and their privacy.
How do I register?
Complete the Online Membership Registration form. Once this is vetted and approved, you will receive an email advising you of the outcome of your application. If successful, you will then receive your log in details consisting of a Username and Password.
Why do you need to know about my employment and financial situation?
Our philosophy is based on creating a “boutique-like” online dating club. We want to create opportunity and freedom amongst like-minded and driven people who have worked hard to achieve and enjoy success, financial stability and possess a desire to continue to grow.
Given this, it is our aim to develop a network of members who have demonstrated the desire to achieve wealth and success and are driven toward creating a financially sound future for themselves.
In order to achieve these standards, we require specific information relating to your income and financial status. Please be aware that this information is for verification purposes only and will not be shared on your profile. We manually review and check all our applications to confirm authenticity and ensure a high quality of members with no fake profiles. There is NEVER any contact made with your Employer and your information will be held in the strictest confidence.
How do I reset my Password?
You can reset your Password on our login page. Click on Forgot Password which will take you to our reset password page.
How can I pay?
We offer a secure credit card payment facility.
Is it safe to enter my credit card details on the site?
Yes. All your card details are encrypted for maximum security whilst travelling over the Internet. Further, no credit card details are stored anywhere on our site.
What will appear on my credit card account?
Payments will be shown as a purchase from “OnPlatinum Club” who operate the site.
Will my subscription automatically be renewed?
Yes, if you subscribe using a credit or debit card, you will be re-billed at the end of your subscription period. To cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription, simply send us an email to [email protected] 48 hours prior to expiry date.
I have not used all of my subscription and want to delete my profile. Will I be refunded the balance?
No, unused portions of a subscription are generally not refundable. Deleting your profile will result in your unused subscription being lost.
How do I deactivate or delete my account?
If an account needs to be deactivated or deleted, a request can be sent to [email protected] advising us of your reason. We will then deactivate or delete your account within 24 hours. Please note that while your account is deleted or deactivated, your subscription will remain in place until the expiry date.
How do I cancel my account?
You may terminate your membership for any reason by providing written notice to us via the Contact Us form available on our Home Page. The cancellation will take effect from the expiry date given for the active subscription.
Can I choose my own criteria to search?
Yes, you may search using a fairly comprehensive list of search parameters. For a quick and simple search, go to Search on the menu and choose Quick Search complete categories and submit. This Quick Search feature is also available on our website page.
For more options and specific searches, go to Search on the menu and choose:
– Advanced Search gives you a wide range of categories to choose from
– Post Code gives you the option to choose within a certain kilometre radius from the suburb you reside in
– Near Me uses google to identify your location
Why do I not get any results when I search?
You are most probably making your search criteria too narrow. Try relaxing your requirements a bit, e.g. a wider age range, etc. If you are looking for a blonde, blue eyed 21 year old, non-smoking female living in a small country town who wants children, chances are you will not get many results
Membership and Subscription
OnPlatinum Membership offers 3 options to choose from
1. 1 month term at $70 inc GST
2. 6 month term at $38.95 inc GST per month. Total upfront payment of $233.70 inc GST
3. 12 month term at $34.95 inc GST per month. Total upfront payment of $419.40 inc GST
Once you complete the registration form, your information will be vetted by our team. Approval will be sent once the verification process is complete via email.
How do I set up my profile for the first time?
- Log in using your username and password (this is emailed to you once you have been approved as a member).
- Go to Edit Profile.
- Complete all categories. You must make a selection in all drop down boxes and complete the “About me” section. You can choose to make your profile questions private by ticking the box.
- Upload a profile picture of yourself. You must complete this part in order to upload your profile. You can choose to make your profile picture private by ticking the box.
- Once the above steps are complete, click on the “Update” tab at the bottom of the page. You will receive a confirmation message saying “Your profile has been updated” at the top of the screen.
How can I change my profile details?
Go to Edit Profile. From this page you can make changes to your details about your profile. Make sure you click on the update button to save your changes.
We check all photos before they are published. Approval is usually provided within 24 hours. In the interim, your profile photo will remain blank or with another previously approved image.
This is a necessary step to provide our members with a high quality service and to prevent any offensive or misleading content from being published on our site.
Why can't I see my profile updates?
As mentioned in the previous section, we check all written entries and photos before they are published on a member’s profile.
How secure are my personal details?
Can I hide my profile from public view?
Yes, to completely block your profile from public view, go into settings, select Privacy tab and change “Who can view my profile” to “only me” option.
If you only want to make your profile questions and/or profile picture private, you can tick the boxes to “make the profile questions private” and “make your profile picture private” that are available on your profile page.
Photos and Videos
What types of photos are allowed?
We suggest using nice clean photos that clearly show your face. We expect a good quality photo that is not blurry or pixelated. We don’t allow any photos containing personal information, drawings, sexually explicit or pornographic imagery. If you find a profile that has such content please alert us using the form on the contact page. Be sure to include the username of the offending party.
My photo was deleted, why?
If your photo has been removed it may have violated this policy. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.
I have a problem uploading my photo - please help!
Make sure your photo is under 2MB and is one of our accepted image file types (jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff or png). If the problem persists, you can email us at [email protected].
Why can't I see my photo - please help!
If you can’t see your photo, it’s probably due to:

How can I delete/replace my main photo?
Go to Edit Profile, scroll down to your current photo and choose another picture to upload. Once change is made, click on Update at the bottom of page.
How can I add more photos to my profile?
Go to Media on your profile page. From here you will be able to upload images to your profile’s gallery.

How do I add/remove someone as a favourite?
Simply select the icon to add someone as a favourite. In search results, you’ll find it next to the envelope icon. While viewing a profile, select the heart icon below the person’s profile photo and username.
If you wish to remove a favourite, go to favourites, select the profile you wish to remove and select the bin icon.
How do I contact another member?
You can choose to do any of the following while viewing another Member’s profile:
- Send a Message, select the icon on top left corner. Click on the message (envelope) icon displayed on top of their profile photo. Enter your message in the text box provided and then click send
- Send a Wink select the icon
- Send a Gift Select the icon and follow steps
- Add to favourites select the icon
- Add to Friends select the icon
How do I use the Chat feature?
If you want a one on one chat session with a member who is online, you can send them a chat request by clicking on the icon on top of their profile picture. This member will receive a pop up asking them if they want to chat with you. Once they accept the invite, you will enter a one on one chat session. Please remember that the member must also be online for the one on one chat icon to appear.
How do I use the skype feature?
Go to Members page and select Settings tab > Select Skype option. You can complete your Skype credentials and click submit. This way, your Skype is integrated with your profile. Users can then use the Skype ID to voice/video call using Skype if its installed on your PC or via Skype app on mobile phone.
Will any of my details be exposed?
I received a message from another member. How do I reply?
When you click on subject, the message opens. Below the message there is a reply button.
How do I know if a message I sent has been read?
Under Messages > Sent, if the envelope is open, the message has been read.
Safety and Privacy Help
How do I block someone?
While viewing a member’s profile, select the Block User option. Blocked members will still be able to view your profile, but will not be able to send you any messages.
How do I report someone?
If you want to report another member for inappropriate or offensive behaviour, you can either:
- go to the member’s profile and choose Report User. You will also be asked to provide a summary of the offensive behaviour
- go to the Members Contact Us page and choose Report abuse as the subject. Add all relevant information in the text section and submit
