General Queries

You can contact our Customer Care team via our Members Contact Form, available under the Contact Us tab.

Please follow this guide so we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible:

    • When submitting your request, make sure you quote the email address you used to create your account.
    • Select the topic your question is related to. That way we can more swiftly identify what your request is referring to.
    • Please provide as many details as possible. We can then act immediately, as we will have all the information we need to handle your request.
    • Once you complete all details click Submit.

Support and Technical Queries

    • technicalsupport@onplatinum.com Please also attach a screenshot of the page on which you are experiencing the issue, include any error messages you see, and detail the actions leading up to the error.

Complaints

  • Please refer to the steps for General Queries (above) and ensure that you choose the correct subject option (ie, “complaint” or “report an abuse” etc)
